Sales Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

​

The Creator’s Path (“TCP”) is a 4-week, 1:1 coaching program designed to help content creators develop clarity in their personal brand through storytelling, content strategy, and personal branding.

Services may include:

  • Live 1:1 coaching calls (1–3 calls per week)

  • Strategy sessions

  • Personalized feedback

  • Educational resources, templates, or guides

  • Optional recorded sessions

We reserve the right to modify or improve the program structure as needed to better serve clients.

2. Eligibility

​

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in TCP.

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into this agreement

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

 

3. Application & Acceptance

​

Participation in TCP requires:

  • Completion of an application

  • A strategy or qualification call

  • Acceptance at our discretion

We reserve the right to decline any applicant for any reason, including but not limited to misalignment, capacity limits, or lack of readiness.

 

4. Payment & Pricing

​

  • The program fee is $499 USD for the 4-week program

  • Payment is due in full prior to the start of the program

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services:

No refunds are provided after the first coaching session.

By purchasing TCP, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching time, preparation, and intellectual property are delivered immediately

  • You waive the right to chargebacks or refunds once the first session has occurred

If you choose to discontinue the program after the first session, you remain responsible for the full payment.

 

6. Scheduling & Attendance

​

  • Calls are scheduled via agreed-upon scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)

  • You are responsible for attending sessions on time

Missed sessions:

  • Must be rescheduled with reasonable notice

  • Repeated no-shows may result in forfeited sessions without refund

We are not responsible for missed calls due to client-side technical issues.

 

7. Session Recordings

​

Coaching sessions may be recorded for:

  • Internal review

  • Quality assurance

  • Educational development

Recordings will not be used publicly without separate, explicit written consent.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us prior to your session.

8. Intellectual Property

​

All materials provided through TCP, including:

  • Frameworks

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Strategies

  • Recordings

  • Slide decks

are the intellectual property of Myron Chiu / The Creator’s Path.

You may not:

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Reproduce

  • Repurpose

any program materials without prior written permission.

9. Client Responsibilities

​

By participating in TCP, you agree to:

  • Actively engage in the coaching process

  • Complete agreed-upon action steps

  • Communicate honestly and respectfully

  • Take full responsibility for your implementation and results

Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

10. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

​

TCP is an educational and coaching program.

We do not guarantee:

  • Income

  • Follower growth

  • Virality

  • Specific results

Success depends on factors outside our control, including effort, market conditions, and personal execution.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your participation.

12. Confidentiality

​

We respect your confidentiality and expect the same in return.

You agree not to:

  • Share private coaching discussions

  • Disclose other clients’ information

  • Record sessions without permission

  • ​

13. Termination

​

We reserve the right to terminate access to the program if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • There is abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior

  • Misrepresentation or misconduct occurs

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Third-Party Tools

​

We may use third-party services such as:

  • Calendly

  • Zoom

  • Stripe

  • Email platforms

  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party platforms.

15. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws of the state in which the business operates.

​

16. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance.
